Penny brings over 30 years of experience in town centre regeneration and management, working across the public and private sectors to develop practical, place-based solutions.
A long-standing member of the Institute of Place Management and former Chair of the North West Association of Town Centre Management, Penny has pioneered innovative tools for partnership development, including the nationally recognised Landlords Forum.
Her work spans collaboration with councils, landlords, developers, the education sector, supporting new business start-up and growth as well as place marketing.
